預約方式

  2. 點擊 “預約” 並選擇您所喜愛的房型： Taipei Manor I、Taipei Manor II、Taipei Manor III。
  3. 通過 Airbnb 填寫您的住宿資料 (姓名、人數、居住時間等) 及預約訊息，並進行檢查。（Taipei Manor I 最少需住一個月；Taipei Manor II 最少需入住三晚；Taipei Manor III 最少需入住兩晚）
  4. 在結帳頁面輸入優惠碼，並立即享受10％折扣！

 由於我們的住宅是私人擁有和管理，和其他酒店客房有所不同，因此所有入住的客人都請務必在詳細閱讀並確認訂房規則和取消政策後，再進行預訂。

訂房規則

請善待我們的住房服務，我們精心地佈置每一間客房，希望您也能像對待自己的家一樣尊重我們所提供的房間。請務必遵守以下規定：

  • 外出時，請務必檢查電器用品是否關閉，包括冷氣空調/暖氣。
  • 進門前，請脫掉您的外出鞋。
  • 所有的物品使用完後，請放回原處。
  • 小心地移動及搬運您的行李。
  • 保持浴室乾淨整潔。
  • 請您切記不要在廚房及用餐區以外的地方用餐；吃不完的食物請務必密封，防止滋生蟑螂。
  • 隨手關門及窗戶，避免蚊蟲進入。
  • 晚上11點後請降低您的音量，以免打擾其他旅客。
  • 客房提供贈送的物品供您使用，如有需要皆可帶走；除了免費提供的物品之外，其他物品如有任何遺漏或損壞 （例如牆壁、電器等）經管家檢查後，得以扣除押金。
  • 禁止吸煙，及任何違法之藥物和非法的活動 （例如：派對、過度飲酒、聚賭等任何違法之行為。）

若發現任何煙霧氣味或吸煙的證據，將扣除300美元的押金。從事非法活動者將立即報警處理。

取消政策

Taipei Manor 跟隨 Airbnb 嚴格的取消政策。
如需取消訂房，請於入住一星期前取消預定，可退50%的訂房費用(手續費除外)。

**所有的訂房與住宿規則均遵循 Airbnb 的規定。若違反以上訂房規定及 Taipei Manor 住房規定，將扣除您的保證金。訂房前，請先確認入住客人的數量及房間金額，如果發現有額外的客人入住客房，系統將會自動扣除押金。**

How to Reserve

  1. By clicking on Taipei Manor's link (http://www.taipeimanor.com) you will be re-directed to their official website.
  2. Click on "Reservations" and choose your preferred residence: Taipei Manor I, Taipei Manor II, Taipei Manor III.
  3. Input reservation information and proceed to check out through Airbnb (Taipei Manor I requires a minimum of 1-month stay; Taipei Manor II requires a minimum of 3-nights; Taipei Manor 3 requires a minimum of 2-nights stay).
  4. Enter discount code at checkout page and receive 10% off!

As our residences are privately owned and managed and are not hotel rooms, all guests staying are kindly requested to read and confirm their understanding of the house rules and cancellation policy prior to making a reservation.

House Rules

Please treat our serviced residences which we have decorated with care with the same respect given for your own home. This means:
  • Powering off appliances including air conditioning/heating when stepping out.
  • Removing your shoes when inside.
  • Keeping appliances in their original position.
  • Moving your luggage with care.
  • Keeping the bathroom dry.
  • Keeping food in the kitchen and dining area and food waste sealed to prevent cockroaches.
  • Keeping all windows closed to prevent mosquitoes.
  • Keeping your voice and music down after 11 PM.
  • Only complimentary items can be removed from the apartment; the housekeeper will check inventory and deposit will be deducted if there are missing items or damages within the flat including walls, appliances, etc.
  • No smoking, drugs, and/or organizing events such as house parties, raves, beer pong, gambling, etc.
A US$300 deposit will be deducted for any smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking. Illegal activities will be reported to the police.

Cancellation Policy

Taipei Manor follows Airbnb's Strict Cancellation Policy.
This means: 50% refund up until 1 week prior to arrival, except fees

**All reservations and stays adhere to Airbnb regulations and deposits will be deducted for any violations of the above and/or Taipei Manor's house rules. Before booking, please also enter the correct amount of guests who will be staying. There will be an automatic deduction of deposit if extra guests are found staying in the apartment.**
